Dr. Payne has a Bachelors Degree in Neuropsychology and a Bachelors Degree in Human Anatomy. He attended undergraduate school at the University of Buffalo and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic.He is certified by both the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He holds post graduate certifications in Manipulation Under Anesthesia and Diagnoses and Treatment of Auto Accident Injuries. He is a member of the Statesville Fourth Creek Rotary Club. He has served on the board of directors of the Statesville Chamber of Comerce and as President of the City of Progress Kiwanis Club. He has been practicing in Statesville, North Carolina since his graduation from Chiropractic College in 1993.Originally, Payne Chiropractic Center was located at 126 South Tradd Street. We moved to our new office at 215 West Broad Street in 2006. Dr. Payne met his wife in Statesville and was married in 1996. They have three beautiful children.
